This tender has been called to engage a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide structural rehabilitation for large diameter gravity sewer mains using non-evasive technology.
The nature of the sewer rehabilitation works to be executed shall consist of all work associated with the manufacture, supply, delivery, installation and testing of acceptable sewer rehabilitation systems for sewer mains in the Richmond Valley Council as detailed in maps and Attachment 1.
The proposed works is on critical part of Councils sewer network, with records indicating that the proposed lines have diameters ranging between 300mm and 450mm. Recent CCTV inspections have indicated that the concrete mains have varying degrees of deterioration, with reinforcing and aggregate exposed in many of the lines.
