Richmond Valley Council owns and manages two aerodromes – one located in Casino, the other at Evans Head. Both the Casino Aerodrome and the Evans Head Memorial Aerodrome are classified by the Civil Aviation Authority Australia as non-certified, non-registered aerodromes.

To use the aerodromes for events and private flights, select and complete the appropriate forms from the list below.

Prior to lodgement of forms please contact Council for any current associated fees on 02 6660 0300 or refer to Council’s current Revenue Policy.

Following extensive community consultation, the following noise abatement procedures are required to be followed by users of the Evans Head Memorial Aerodrome.
