Apply to Council’s Community Financial Assistance Program.
Community Financial Assistance is available to support local activities and projects which:
- benefit the local community
- help community groups achieve their goals
- support Council’s Community Strategic Plan
Grants can be for as little as $100 and up to $5000.
There are two rounds per financial year: Round 1, usually open August/September; and Round 2 in March. Council allocates approximately $35,000 in total for each round. These funds are allocated in accordance with Section 356 of the Local Government Act 1993 and Council Policy No. 1.2 – Community Financial Assistance Program.

Applications close: Thursday 30 September 2021, 5pm.
