In line with the personal and privacy considerations outlined in s 57 & s 58 Privacy and Personal Information Act 1998, Council has redacted addresses and signatures from these returns, prior to publication. This decision has been made following the application of the public interest test.
Members of the public who wish to view original returns at a Council office, may make a written application to Council, addressed to the General Manager. Please note that a statutory declaration stating the intended use of the information, may be required.
