The draft master plan for the Richmond Valley Regional Job Precinct is on display for public review and comment here

The draft master plan aims to provide a clear planning framework for industrial growth in Casino, at Nammoona and surrounding the Casino Co-op and existing Cassino Drive industrial estate.

The aim is to provide greater certainty for a range of new industries, including manufacturing, agribusiness, and food processing, to promote new employment opportunities in Casino and the Richmond Valley.

The draft master plan has been developed by NSW Government specialist planners and technical experts, in close consultation with Richmond Valley Council.

Your feedback is important

You are invited to review and comment on the draft master plan which is on exhibition from 12 February to 10 March 2024.

In-person community information sessions will be held to provide an overview of the draft master plan and answer your questions.

Session 2:
Date: Thursday 22 February
Time: 4pm- 6pm
Address: Casino Community Centre, 35 Walker Street.
Session 3:
Date: Friday 23 February 2024
Time: 10.30am-12pm
Address: Evans Head Library, 19 Woodburn St.
No need to register, simply pop in on the day.
