EXPRESSION OF INTEREST RVC-241501 – GRAZING RIGHTS
Richmond Valley Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the following grazing rights. The EOI will close at 2pm on Monday June 3.

Please Note – if successful and prior to occupying the site:
- Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance – a minimum amount of $20 million will be required.
- Before any grazing activities can commence on some of the paddocks, work may be required on the existing fencing. Fencing repairs will be at the cost of the lessee and needs to be considered when quoting.
Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify the applicant. The highest/lowest EOI not necessarily accepted.
All EOIs received must be on Council’s Standard Form. The EOI Forms are to be placed in a sealed envelope marked “Expression of Interest—Grazing No ____” and delivered to Council’s Casino Administration Office and placed in the EOI Box.
