How do I join?
Membership is open to all permanent residents of the region free of charge. You simply need to fill in an application form and show library staff proof of your identity and current address. If you are under 16, a parent or guardian will need to sign your form. You can join online by clicking here and completing the form.
What can I borrow?
You can borrow 30 items at a time. Magazines and cake tins can be borrowed for 2 weeks, and all other items for 3 weeks. Loans will automatically be renewed twice unless an item is reserved by another member.
Cake tins cannot be renewed. Renewals and reserves can be made online, on our app, by phone or in person.
Courtesy reminders are sent by email 2 days before items are due.
In addition to these loans you can also borrow from our extensive eLibrary.
If we don’t have what you’re looking for, you can make a suggestion for purchase, or if needed we can source items through Inter-Library Loans for a small fee.
Member Services
Login to our online Member Services here using your library card number and birth date. You can reserve items to borrow, renew your loans, and sign up for new title notifications.
