I listened to this eAudiobook on Borrowbox and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was read by Victoria Graves who did a brilliant job.
If you enjoyed “Boy swallows universe” then I think you will enjoy this, even if you only saw the recent TV series.
It is a bit difficult reviewing this book without giving too much away.
Set in Brisbane in 2023/24 it is about a girl with no name who lives inside a van in a scrapyard on the edge of the Brisbane River. The novel includes the Brisbane underground, young love and teenage dreams.
Highly recommend – 5 stars
