Richmond Valley Council are seeking quotes for the preparation and registration of survey plans for the dedication of road widening, closure of a public road and an industrial subdivision.

The fee proposals are required in three parts, with the first part being the dedication of road widening associated with the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of the Bruxner Highway and Arthur Street, Casino. This will be undertaken upon a State Highway so will require input/approval from Transport NSW.

The second part is the preparation of a plan of first title creation and road closure for two sections of public road as shown on the attached plan.

The third part is a subdivision of industrial land to create 4 industrial lots, number 1-4 on the attached plan titled “Plan of proposed lots V2”.

The engagement will be for all three parts, but it is possible that there could be up to 12 months between road widening and subdivision.

Included in this RFQ is the preliminary design plans for the roundabout, a plan of proposed road widening and closure and a plan of proposed lots.
