Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the construction of the Casino Swimming Pool Clubhouse Upgrade.
Scope include and not limited to:
• Demolition of current structure
• Construction of new facility as per plans provided
• Council will issue a Construction Certificate, approvals and PCA duties will be managed by Council
• The tenderer is to prepare a Safety Management Plan. This plan will contain references to the risk management
• Works are to be completed and the facility building operational by 25 February 2025.
