VP416158 – Electrical Design and NBN – Bruxner Highway and Arthur Street Casino

Richmond Valley Council are seeking quotes for the electric design of; the relocation of existing electrical infrastructure, extension of existing street lighting on the Bruxner Highway, lighting design for proposed roundabout at the intersection of The Bruxner Highway and Arthur Street and electricity, lighting and NBN design for a proposed industrial subdivision fronting Arthur St.

The fee proposals are to be provided in two parts with the first part being the relocation of existing power assets to facilitate the construction of a roundabout, design of street lighting to extend existing street lighting from Cassino Drive to the proposed roundabout and roundabout lighting design. These works will be undertaken upon a State Highway so will require input/approval from Transport NSW.

The second part is the electricity, lighting and NBN design for a proposed industrial subdivision fronting Arthur St.

The engagement will be for both parts with there possibly being a delay of up to 6 months between designs.

Companies must be Essential Energy accredited service providers (ASP’s) Level 3.

Included in this RFQ is the preliminary design plans for the roundabout, a plan of proposed subdivision and the sketch identifying location of works.
