Council is inviting submissions for the Supply & Delivery of Quarry Products for the period 01 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 with the possibility of further two 12 month extensions.
Council’s objective is to compile a list of “Approved Suppliers” offering Quarry Products to Council, at certain fixed prices for the stated period.
Tenderers are not required to complete pricing for all materials, but rather to only complete the pricing for materials they wish to supply within the Volume 4 Price Schedule.
During the period as materials are required, a Supplier from the Approved Suppliers list will be contacted regarding availability of materials. If the materials are available in the stated timeframe, then Council will issue a purchase order number for the supply of the materials.
It should be noted that members of the panel are given no guarantee as to level of work. Works will be allocated subject to council’s requirements. Where availability is a critical issue and members of the panel are unable to undertake the specific works within a stated time period, Council reserves the right to engage other contractors from outside the panel as required.
The Contract is a schedule of rates contract and will be subject to rise and fall during the contract term.
