This tender has been called to engage a suitably qualified and experienced company to complete all works outlined in the scope of works as per the attached detailed plans.

Works include the construction of the Albert Park Carpark including: earthworks, drainage, pavement and sealing. A BOQ is also attached for reference.
Albert Park tourist stopover, Casino is a gateway to the Richmond Valley and western areas of the Northern Rivers. It is a popular rest stop for passing travellers and is utilised by visiting sporting clubs for weekend competition such as the Casino Bulls Rugby Club. The revitalisation of this popular area will ensure we are creating and maintaining an inviting, inclusive and safe space for all, by providing landscaping, increased lighting, increased accessibility through footpath upgrades and carparking.
