Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the establishment of a Register of Pre-Qualified Contractors for the hire of constructional plant and equipment from suitably qualified contractors to perform planned maintenance services, responsive maintenance services and minor capital works on Richmond Valley Council sites.
Plant and Equipment Hire that may be quoted are listed in ANNEXURE A. Not all confirming offers will be accepted to the panel contract. Submissions will be evaluated using price and non-price criteria to evaluate the most advantageous group of providers for each category.
