Omnissa (formerly VMWare) enables access to your RVC virtual machine. Not all staff have a virtual machine allocated. Please check with ITS Helpdesk if you have not used VMWare or Omnissa previously.

ITS support is available via email, phone and the online portal. Contact details if you don’t already have them, can be found by searching ‘IT Support’ on your phone or Outlook.
