2. Provides opportunities in the community for building connections and promoting diversity
Applicants must:
1. Be an active community group, sporting club or community organisation within the Richmond Valley Council Local Government Area.
2. Be able to provide relevant organisation or association registration, insurance and working with children checks (where applicable)
3. Provide a business plan for future financial capacity to fund the maintenance of the building (ie. Membership fees, fundraising etc)
