Complying Development

A Complying Development Certificate (CDC) is a combined planning and construction approval for certain developments that meet all specific development standards for the category of complying development.

Variations to Development Standards

Clause 4.6 of the Richmond Valley LEP provides for a limited opportunity to vary development standards. Records of variations to standards are contained here as well as information on the process to apply.

Council is obliged to deal appropriately with alleged matters, of non- compliance and unlawful activities, which include activities prohibited or unauthorised, or contrary to the terms of a consent, licence, approval, or other legislation.
