In June 2022 the Australian Bureau of Statistics released much of the 2021 Census data, providing a snapshot of the Richmond Valley’s residents and their lifestyle. Further sections will be released in October 2022 and early 2023. For further information about the Census data, visit the Australian Bureau of Statistics website.

This data will be used by all levels of government to plan for the future, allocating funds to those groups most at risk.
