Barker Street Green Space

Barker Street Greenspace is located in Casino’s CBD. It’s equipped with two large shade sails with shaded sandstone seating, garden beds, four accessible picnic settings and has power available for Council approved bookings.

Casino - Crawford Square

Crawford Square is a public community park featuring large open grass lands, kids play equipment for various age groups, BMX track, skate park, shaded picnic tables, BBQ’s, public toilets, water stations and a fenced dog park, and hosts the Casino Farmers Market every Saturday from 8am.

Casino Drill Hall Reserve

Casino Drill Hall Reserve is an open park land surrounding the historic Casino Drill Hall, home to the Northern Rivers Military Museum. A highlight of the park is a built in Amphitheatre perfect for events featuring outdoor performances and entertainment.

Coraki Riverside Park

Open parkland area stretching along the Richmond River at Coraki. The riverside park is home to the Coraki Caravan Park, playground, boat ramp, pontoon, barbeque and picnic facilities and the main street runs along the waterfront. The natural beauty of the river and park, makes this a great location for the community events and special celebrations.

Evans Head - Kalimna Park

Located on the south side of Evans Head. Kalimna Park is a shaded, grassy reserve offering free BBQ facilities with river views, amenities and parking. This reserve is ideal for picnics, birthday parties and small wedding ceremonies.

Evans Head - Razorback Lookout

Approximately 45 metres above sea level, Razorback Lookout overlooks the northern NSW coastline and Evans Head township. The lookout is accessible and fitted with excellent BBQ and picnic facilities, public toilets and ample parking spaces making it the perfect spot to enjoy the picturesque scenery of our beautiful region, or to celebrate your special event.

Evans Head - Shark Bay

Shark Bay is a small, semi-secluded beach next to the southern break wall of the Evans River. Shark Bay Park provides convenient access to the beach and is equipped with two rotundas providing covered seating and BBQ facilities. Kookaburras and birdlife are abundant surrounding the park. Views of the Evans River and Shark Bay provide a beautiful backdrop whilst enjoying your special day.

Evans Head - Skatepark and Grassed Area

Located along the Evans Head river and Main beach featuring the South Viewing Platform Beach look out, prime parking for beach goers, skate park, basketball court, grassed picnic area and tree cover. Evans Head Skatepark is located along the Evans River.

Evans Head Main Beach & Surf Club

Main Beach the only patrolled beach at Evans Head, is a safe stretch of sand and an enjoyable swimming or surfing beach.

Additionally there is a nearby surf club with north and south viewing platforms. Evans Head Casino Surf Lifesaving Club overlooks the stunning Pacific Ocean atop Evans Head Main Beach. The Surf Club has a function centre and restaurant with licensed bar facilities that is available for functions and events. Woodburn Riverside Park

Woodburn Riverside Park is adjacent to the Pacific Highway and overlooks the Richmond River. The Park has access to barbeque, picnic facilities and a children’s playground. This riverside park is a great location to host community events such as the annual Woodburn Riverside Festival.
