Casino Library offers two bookable spaces – the Function Room and Meeting Area. The Function Room is a medium size room at the Casino Library; perfect for small to medium meetings, conferences and workshops. This room is on ground level and can comfortably accommodate 15 people. The space has access to a screen with HDMI connection, seating, tables, air conditioning and kitchen facilities with dishwasher. The Meeting Area is able to accommodate up to 5 people. The library is accessible with wheelchair access, central parking, accessible toilets.

Evans Head Library offers two bookable spaces – the Dirawong Meeting Room and the Half Tide Meeting Room. The Dirawong Meeting Room is a space perfect for community gatherings, workshops, and study sessions. This room is able to accommodate 10 people. The Half Tide Meeting Room is designed for privacy and comfort and is able to accommodate 5 people. The library is accessible with wheelchair access, central parking and accessible toilets.
