Council (the Client) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced consultants to assist Council in the construction delivery of the Evans Head Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Stage 2 Augmentation in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT).
The consultant must have extensive project management experience (preferably in the water/wastewater industry) as well as technical knowledge and experience in sewage treatment, design and construction. It would be expected that the level of experience and knowledge required would be found in a multi-disciplinary team, not with a single consultant.
