Council (the Client) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced consultants to assist Council in the delivery of the Casino Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
Augmentation in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT).
The consultant must have extensive project management experience (preferably in the water industry) as well as technical knowledge and experience in water treatment, reticulation, pumping, design etc. It would be expected that the level of experience and knowledge required would be found in a multi-disciplinary team, not with a single consultant.
