This specification covers the supply of three (3) only 6X4 Garbage Compaction trucks for roadside, domestic Mobile Garbage Bin (MGB) waste collection within Richmond Valley
Council boundaries. The vehicles should be capable of collection and compaction of general household waste, recyclable materials & green waste (Organic), and include all necessary
provision for operating at night.
All three truck chassis will have the same configuration, that being; 6×4 Truck mounted, Dual Control, Single Operator Garbage Compactors.
All three compactor bodies will have a loaded capacity of approximately 24m³ with a side lift robotic arm.
The truck & body will comply with all relevant Australian Standards and Workplace Health & Safety Legislation, Regulations, rules, procedures, policies and Codes of Practice including
noise suppression.
