In the past 18 months business and the community in the Richmond Valley have endured prolonged drought, bushfire, flood and now the unprecedented impacts of restrictions to stop the spread of COVID-19.
Businesses are having to change the way they operate in order to continue which is affecting business owners, staff and the community both financially and emotionally in ways we cannot yet even measure.
Richmond Valley Council is committed to assisting small business to develop ways to adapt to respond these crisis events. Our aim is to help businesses develop a plan on how they can adapt their business to not only survive this current crisis, but to become more resilient to future events and thrive under this immense pressure.
This free course, delivered by online training experts BrandLocal, is designed to give your business a plan on how to survive & thrive during this crisis. It also explains what you must do right now to ensure a quick recovery once this crisis ends.
This learning is designed to be flexible and relevant for small business. There are six modules in the online training program. You can do one or all of the modules, at a pace and time that suits you and your business.
Each module has multiple lessons. The course features video lessons and online live event training with valuable resources that your business can access. This is explained in detail as you scroll down the page.
This project has been made possible by the support of the NSW Government Bushfire Community Resilience and Economic Recovery fund.
