PUBLIC NOTICE TENDER/EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR A PROPOSED 20 YEAR LICENCE – QE Park No 1

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1993 and Crown Land Management Act 2016, Council is inviting a Tender/Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested parties for the use of Queen Elizabeth Park No 1, Casino (14 Hartley Street – Existing Greyhound Racing Facility).

Tender/EOI will close on Tuesday, 23 June 2026 at 2.00 pm.

To obtain a Tender/EOI form or for further information, please contact Council’s Property Section on 6660 0300. All Tender/EOI’s received must be on Council’s standard form. The Tender/EOI form is to be placed in a sealed envelope marked “Tender/EOI RVC00626” and delivered to Council’s Casino Office, 10 Graham Place, Casino and placed in the Tender Box before the closing date/time.

 

Property: Part Dedication 540053, Part Lot 74 in DP 755627, known as Queen Elizabeth Park No 1, 14 Hartley Street, Casino (existing greyhound racing track facility) as outlined in red on the map below.
Licence Term: 20 years.
Licence Commencement: 1 July 2026.
Licence Expiry: 30 June 2046.

 

Any person/Club may make a written submission for/or against the proposed Tender/EOI by:
