PROPOSED ISSUE OF A LICENCE
Richmond Valley Council is proposing to enter into a Licence as detailed in this notice. In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993, the land is classified as Community Land for the proposed Licence. Interested persons are invited to make a submission with respect to the granting of the Licence.
Where a submission is an objection, the grounds of objection must be specified. All submissions, including any personal information, will become publicly available on Council’s website, in accordance with the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009.

Notice is hereby given on that Richmond Valley Council proposes to issue a five (5) year Licence in respect of Council-managed Crown land over:

Part Dedication 540053, Part Lot 74 in DP 755627, known as Queen Elizabeth Park No 1, 14 Hartley Street, Casino as outlined in red on the map below.
Applicant:
Casino Greyhound Racing Club Ltd.
Licence Term:
Five (5) years.
Licence Commencement Date:
1 July 2026.
Licence Expiry Date:
30 June 2031.
Permitted Use:
Greyhound racing facility and associated activities.
Note: This is a proposed new Licence to the existing tenant.
