PROPOSED ISSUE OF A LEASE
Richmond Valley Council is proposing to enter into a Lease as detailed in this notice. In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993, the land is classified as Community Land for the proposed Lease. Interested persons are invited to make a submission with respect to the granting of the Lease.
Where a submission is an objection, the grounds of objection must be specified. All submissions, including any personal information, will become publicly available on Council’s website, in accordance with the provisions of the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009.

Notice is hereby given on that Richmond Valley Council proposes to issue a five (5) year Lease in respect of Council-managed Crown land over:

Part Dedication 540048, Part Lot 7021 in DP 1059188 known as Part Richmond Park, West Street, Casino as outlined in red on the map below.

Lease Term:
Five (5) years.
Lease Commencement Date:
1 July 2026.
Lease Expiry Date:
30 June 2031.
Permitted Use:
Golf course and associated activities.
Note: This is a proposed new Lease to the existing tenant.
