Casino Civic Hall Master plan

Richmond Valley Council is seeking community feedback on the draft Casino Civic Hall Masterplan.

The draft Casino Civic Hall Masterplan provides a detailed assessment of the condition of the Civic Hall and outlines potential development and restoration opportunities.  It places strong emphasis on reinstating the building’s original art deco character while ensuring contemporary utility and functionality. The document addresses all aspects of the halls structure and its compliance with applicable building codes and regulations that influence its operation and use. Significant consideration has been given to the hall’s role as a performing arts venue, reflected in the detailed analysis of associated theatre technologies and operational requirements.
