Council is required to undertake its planning and reporting activities in accordance with the Local Government Act 1993 and the Local Government (General) Regulation 2021 by implementing the Local Government Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework.
The Draft Operational Plan (including Draft Financial Estimates 2026/2030) has been updated, outlining the actions that Council will undertake in Year Two of its Delivery Program to achieve the CSP objectives, and the resources that will be allocated to support these actions.
The 253 actions within the 2026-2027 Operational Plan address the full range of Council’s services, programs and priority projects.
The draft Operational Plan also includes Council’s financial estimates for 2026-2030 and the draft Revenue Policy, outlining proposed rates, fees and charges.
The plans are available below, and submissions may be made until 4pm Thursday June 18.
