Are you able to supply a copy of the resolution passed by Council to level out water charges across the RVC which resulted in the subsidisation of the areas connected to Rous water?

Our team has researched this matter and provided a response to all Councillors.
From historical revenue policies the first year the water charges were the same for Casino and the mid Richmond was 2004/05.
