Tourism & Community Event Funding
For Events Being Held in the Richmond valley Local Government Area

Community groups, individuals and organisations wishing to apply for Richmond Valley Council Tourism and Community Events Funding should note the following information:

All applicants are advised to contact Council's Events & Cultural Liaison Officer on (02) 6660 0300  to discuss your event prior to completing an application.

Applications for funding for events held in the 2012/13 year have now closed.

Application forms for the 2013/14 will be available as soon as the round is open and posted to this section of Council's website. They will also be available by contacting the Events & Cultural Liaison Officer on (02) 6660 0300 or 0419 995 746.

2011-12 Event Acquittal Report

For events held in the period from 1 July, 2011 to 30 June, 2012 that received funding through the Richmond Valley Council's Event Support Scheme need to complete an Acquittal Report.

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY: To use this form you will need Adobe Acrobat (different to Adobe Reader) or similar PDF editing software. This will allow you to edit your answers and save the form to your own computer multiple times prior to completion. Completed forms can then be emailed as an attachment to council@richmondvalley.nsw.gov.au or printed and sent in hard copy form to the address below. 

If you do not have a compatible program, you can still open the form, complete the information in the fields required and print it immediately (Please note: you cannot "save" at any stage using this option using Adobe Reader). Should you choose this option, please scan the printed document and send via email to council@richmondvalley.nsw.gov.au, return by fax to (02) 6662 5511, or by post to the address below.

Please complete this form on your computer using ‘Word’. You can save it to your own files and on completion either email direct to council@richmondvalley.nsw.gov.au or print out and return by mail to the address below.

2012-13 Event Acquittal Report

For events held in the period from 1 July, 2012 to 30 June, 2013 that received funding through the Richmond Valley Council's Event Support Scheme need to complete an Aquittal Report. Aquittal Report Forms will be made available for download via this website before 1 July, 2012. Copies can also be received by request through Council’s Events and Cultural Liaison Officer on (02) 6660 0300.  Please refer to the Guidelines for required time frames.
